Each campus had, over the years, ended up running its own version of the same systems — separate content platforms, separate logins, separate processes for what should have been identical student services. A policy change or a rebrand meant updating every campus’s systems individually, and inconsistencies crept in each time.
We built a single multi-tenant platform instead: one system underneath, with each campus able to manage its own content, branding, and services independently. Institution-wide changes — a new academic calendar, a shared services update — get pushed once and apply everywhere, while campus staff keep full control over what’s unique to their location.
Students now sign into one portal regardless of which campus they’re enrolled at, with a consistent experience that no longer depends on which system that particular campus happened to be running.
