Every sale had always happened in person. The business had built a loyal customer base across its physical stores, but had no way to reach anyone outside driving distance — and no answer for customers who simply expect to check prices, compare models, and buy online before a purchase like this.
We built the storefront on NopCommerce rather than from scratch, customizing it to match the client’s actual catalog structure, pricing rules, and order workflow instead of forcing the business to adapt to a generic template. Payment processing and order management were wired directly into the platform, so an online sale flows into the same operational process as one rung up in-store.
Once the web store was running, we came back to build native Android and iOS apps in Flutter, fully integrated with the same backend — the same catalog, pricing, and order status whether a customer is on the website or in the app, with one platform behind both.
